Consulting work
Consulting work is covered by a written agreement we sign with each client. That agreement, not these terms, applies to the work.
Our content
The text, design, logos and product names on this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site and share its pages. Please ask before copying our content or using our logos. Names, logos and quotes from partners and clients belong to their owners.
Using the site fairly
Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security. Don't use our forms to send spam or anything unlawful or harmful.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, that comes from using the site or not being able to use it. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability to you is limited to 100 Canadian dollars.

If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms or misused the site, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Alberta. If a court finds that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
