Arkhe Technologies Inc. (formerly AO2 Live Solutions Inc.) runs this website. We're a company in Alberta, Canada. This page says what the site collects, why, who helps us handle it, and how to have it removed.

Thimble Travel, Aeon and AO2 Live have their own privacy pages, and those apply when you use the products. The links are at the end of this page.

What we collect

  • When you send us a message: your name, your email, your organization if you add one, the product or service you picked, the league and sport if you ask about AO2 Live, and your message.
  • When you book a call: your name, your email and anything you add to the booking form, collected by Google Calendar's booking page.
  • When you visit: Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs. They record your IP address, your browser, the page you asked for and the time.
  • If you accept analytics: Google Analytics records the pages you view, when you send a form (not what you wrote), when you click through to one of our products, roughly where you are (city or region), your device and browser, and how you found us. It uses cookies to tell visits apart.

There are no accounts on this site, and we don't collect payment details.

Why we use it

  • Your message: only to reply to you and follow up on what you asked. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your information.
  • Server logs: to keep the site running and secure.
  • Analytics: to see which pages help people, so we can improve the site. Google's advertising features are turned off.

By sending us a message, you agree to us using it this way. Analytics only runs if you accept it.

Who handles it for us

  • Web3Forms delivers form messages to our inbox, hello@arkhe-tech.com.
  • Our email provider stores the messages in that inbox.
  • Amazon Web Services hosts the site.
  • Google runs Google Analytics for us if you accept analytics.
  • Google runs the booking page, our calendar and Google Meet.

These companies may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where local laws apply to it and authorities there may be able to access it. Our privacy officer can answer questions about how these providers handle your information.

Cookies and tracking

The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics does, but only after you click Accept. If you click Reject, it never loads. Your choice is saved in your browser, and we ask again after 12 months. To change it sooner, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as Reject: the bar doesn't show, and Google Analytics only loads if you turn it on yourself in Cookie settings.

How we protect it

The site only uses encrypted connections, and only our team has access to our inbox. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what we hold.

How long we keep it

  • Messages stay in our email for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep normal business records.
  • Our host keeps server logs for a short time.
  • Google Analytics keeps visit data for no more than 14 months.

Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: email our privacy officer at hello@arkhe-tech.com. We'll answer within 30 days.
  • Say no to analytics at any time with Cookie settings.
  • If you're unhappy with how we handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Visitors from the EU and UK

We rely on your consent for analytics. For messages and server logs, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you and keeping the site secure. You can ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is for adults and organizations. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
